The hotel location is very good. At least for my meetings it was ok. They hotel parking is underground, which is better option. Employee was very kind. The room was ok for a hotel. (Still I believe it could be even better).

The hotel was excellent, clean and luxurious. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and tried very hard to provide a good stay for me and my two children. They easily upgraded our room. A gentleman named Gokay was very respectful and compassionate and guided me and provided excellent conditions for our booking. Good location, next to the Tennis center, close to shopping center. Hotel has the best person at he reception that I have ever met Mr. Eroem is the best, nice and very helpful. There are good mattresses and very good breakfast the only thing I was missing is wardrobe in the room, there are only some hangers you can use and that’s all. If you are hungry you can use hotel restaurant which is also good. And I can’t forget that there is nice wellness too.

The hotel was very quiet and well organized The staff were very friendly , specially Mr Cem was very supportive and polite and helpful Besides , Ms . Buse was always taking good care of the guests. The rooms were very clean and tidy

The staff were quite professional and polite. The best among all was the guest relation manager Ms.BuseIlginer who was always present everywhere and was looking after the guests and controlling all the activities there.

The quality of the Hotel, room and availability of all services made my day. I want to thank everybody working in the Hotel and my special thanks goes to Ece who made me feel really home at the Hotel and was impressed by her kindness and Gokay his readiness anytime I needed something.
